By accessing and using Invoice by Kodikas (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Invoice by Kodikas provides a digital invoicing and billing management system for small businesses and freelancers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice to you.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
  • You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
  • You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You retain all rights to any data, information, or material that you submit to the Service in the course of using it (collectively, "User Content"). You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of all User Content.

In no event shall Kodikas, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. What constitutes a significant change will be determined at our sole discretion.
